I have truly enjoyed this semester in school. I am still excited about everything I learn with each term. Kaplan has given me the opportunity to follow my dream of proper nutrition and be able to do this on my own time! I tell you I am such a proud student. When I first started with the university not many people knew about it. Now it seems there is a commercial on every channel and I just get so proud to be a part of this generation that is able to overcome obstacles of not being able to attend a traditional school, but still be able to acheive their goal of a degree! I hope that each of you has a grand experience with achieving what you truly want to have! I will keep my blog going and hopefully will continue to 'see' some of you in future classes!
